These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all purchases made through the Frankie Playground website.
Anyone placing an order (the “Client”) is required to review and accept these terms beforehand, and to check the key characteristics of the products (materials, dimensions, photos) as presented on frankie-playground.com.
✦ The choice and purchase of a product are the sole responsibility of the Client.
✦ Products are offered while supplies last, as indicated at the time of ordering.
Frankie Playground reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time.
By confirming a purchase, the Client agrees fully and without reservation to the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.
By accepting these T&C, you confirm that you are over 18 years old or have obtained permission from your legal guardian.

★ Products
All items sold by Frankie Playground are handmade, using clay, resin, and recycled materials (piercings, crystals, found components…).
✦ Each item is unique and may present slight variations in shape, size or color. These are not considered defects but signs of its artisanal nature.
✦ Photos and descriptions are provided with the greatest care, but small differences may appear depending on your screen.
★ Prices
✦ Prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT not applicable – art. 293 B).
✦ Shipping fees are not included and are shown before checkout.
✦ Frankie Playground reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price charged will be the one indicated at the time of your order confirmation.
★ Payment
✦ Payments are made via secure platforms available on Shopify (e.g., card payment, PayPal).
✦ The order is confirmed once payment is validated.
★ Shipping & Delivery
✦ Orders are shipped from Paris within 5 days to 1 month, depending on studio workload.
✦ Estimated time is shared at checkout or by email.
✦ Frankie Playground is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by postal services.

★ Returns & Refunds
✦ Free returns are accepted only in case of a defective or damaged product upon arrival.
✦ The Client must contact Frankie Playground within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.

✦ It is never sold or shared for commercial purposes.
