Refund policy
At Frankie Playground, each piece of jewelry is handmade with care and intention, using upcycled materials or crafted components (clay, resin, crystals, piercings...).
Due to their unique nature and artisanal process, we cannot guarantee an identical reproduction from one piece to another.
★ Returns accepted
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item if:
✦ the size doesn’t fit
✦ you are not satisfied with the product
In this case, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or shows a clear defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at:

Please include the following in your message:
✦ a clear photo of the item in question
✦ your order number
✦ a description of the issue encountered
After review, we will offer a suitable solution: refund, repair or replacement (if stock is available).
Only in this case will return shipping costs be covered by Frankie Playground.
★ Returns not accepted in the following cases:
✦ Change of mind beyond the legal 14-day window
✦ Damage caused by improper use (exposure to water, impact, rough handling)
✦ Slight variations in shape or color due to the handmade nature of the item (each piece is unique)

Once the return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email.
★ Note: fragile jewelry = gentle handling
Our creations are delicate and should be handled with care.
They are not water-resistant and should be protected from impact or force.
